It is that time of year again; all the statutory payment rates are about to go up. The rates will all rise on 6 April.
Statutory maternity pay, statutory paternity pay and statutory adoption pay will all rise from £136.78 per week to £138.18 per week. Statutory sick pay will go up from £86.70 per week to £87.55 per week.
The weekly pay used to calculate statutory redundancy payments will also increase from £450 per week to £464 per week, making the maximum statutory redundancy payment £13,920.
